The process combines organizational interviews, document review and an in-depth analysis of governance, financial sustainability, operations, environmental practices, accessibility, community relationships and organizational resilience. The client receives a professional report presenting the available evidence, key findings, identified risks, organizational strengths and prioritized recommendations. A final presentation allows the organization’s leadership to review the findings and determine its next strategic steps.
