The OsArts Corporate Family Learning Pilot is an eight-week educational benefit for the children of employees, scholarship recipients or young people from communities connected to an organization. The pilot serves up to 20 participants and includes an initial learning-needs assessment, mentor matching and up to 160 student-hours of personalized academic support. Available areas may include mathematics, science, English, technology, creativity and communication. OsArts coordinates tutor selection, scheduling, participant communication, attendance records and service quality. The organization receives a final Program Results Report documenting delivery, participation, learning objectives, participant feedback, tutor observations and recommendations for future programming.
