The Northspan Group, Inc.

We enhance economic and community resilience by offering resources that form connections, build capacity, and facilitate access to capital.

Driving Access to Wealth & Networks (DAWN) is Northspan’s central hub for programming across northeast Minnesota, northwest Wisconsin, and partnering Tribal Nations. DAWN is fueled through grant funding and support from public and private partners.

DAWN contributes to regional resilience by:

• Creating a supportive ecosystem for our entrepreneurial community,
• Helping businesses navigate property development,
• Enhancing employer & workforce readiness, and
• Cultivating inclusive environments.

DAWN identifies the most pressing needs of communities, businesses, and entrepreneurs and responds through comprehensive ecosystem navigation that helps build capacity, form meaningful connections, and access capital.
